Why now
Skill education is now part of every CBSE timetable
CBSE has asked every affiliated school to run skill education in Grades 6–8 with NCERT's Kaushal Bodh books. That means 110 hours a year, three hands-on projects, and assessment built on projects rather than exams. Most schools have the books. Few have a way to run, track and grade it all. VINC Lab is that way.

Six projects. Pick three. Learn by doing.
Every project from the Kaushal Bodh Grade 6 book, broken into guided activities with page references, a quiz, a viva, portfolio tasks and teacher rubrics.
Plan the year
Build your Grade 6 year in three taps
Choose one project from each form of work. VINC Lab lays them across the session at two double periods a week and keeps time for the Kaushal Mela.
Assessment, done for you
Five parts. One fair score.
VINC Lab follows the split CBSE suggests for Kaushal Bodh. Quizzes are marked automatically, activities and portfolios fill in as students work, and teachers mark the viva and observation rubrics on their phone in class.

FAQ
Questions schools ask
Is VINC Lab part of CBSE or NCERT?
No. VINC Lab is an independent platform built around NCERT's Kaushal Bodh activity books and the implementation guidance in CBSE circulars. Students still use the textbook. Every activity in VINC Lab points to its page.
How is the assessment split?
Following CBSE Circular Skill-81/2025: written test 10%, oral presentation or viva 30%, activity book 30%, portfolio 10% and teacher observation 20%. VINC Lab adds these up for every project and for the year.
Do teachers need special training?
No. Kaushal Bodh is taught by your existing teachers. VINC Lab gives them the plan for each class, the viva questions to ask and one-tap rubrics. VINC also runs optional teacher workshops.
Can we use our own name and colours?
Yes. Each school gets its own studio name, colour and badge. Students and parents see your brand; "Powered by VINC Lab" sits quietly in the footer.
What do parents see?
Their child's projects, photos from the portfolio, scores for each part of the assessment, teacher feedback and ideas to try at home.
What about Grades 7 and 8?
They are next. The Grade 7 book adds an AI Assistant project and the Grade 8 book adds Home Automation with Arduino. Both will arrive with the same quizzes, rubrics and dashboards.
